My daughters unit was sold without notification. No phone call, no email, no nothing. Yes, she was behind but with good reason. If notification had been received, arrangements could have been made. Now entire childhood GONE.

During their new construction I have picked up 3 different times in 3 different vehicles of mine 3 sheet metal screws just going to my storage. Had to have 3 patches on 3 different tires costing $105. Needless to say I drive the oldest vehicle to there now which is very inconvenient. Thanks Cherokee Storage!

I have had my storage unit here for over a year. Any issues I have had have been handled promptly and without any issues. There's a dumpster on site and they have recently added new new units that are climate controlled but they are still in the process of being finished up. They are about to add even more units the concrete had been laid. Its is gated and cameras run 24-7.

Today I went to access the storage unit I pay for and my gate code didn’t work. When I called the message was they had changed out the machine and not all the codes got input. Not only should they have notified us, they accepted our money and have denied us access. This is the last straw! And like usual no one is available to help us until tomorrow afternoon.
