The online hours said it was open Sunday 11a-7p. However after I made the 35 minute drive, they were in fact closed. I called other locations to find out why and the other locations were not only unhelpful, they were rude!

If your sign says you open at 11 on Sunday you should be open. Went here on Sunday June 25 at 11 and again at 12 and door was locked. You lost business from me and another individual who wanted to buy tattoo stuff. If you want glass or any other products go to house of smokers or planet of the vapes in mentor. They are knowledgeable and open when they say they open.

The rudest place iv ever been. I was going to spend around 100 bucks for my bday and as soon as I walked in they said I had to go because I had a bottle of pop in my hand with the lid on it. And I asked if I could just put it in our pocket so we could shop and he said no so I WENT ELSEWER AND SPENT 100. NEVER WILL IGOTHERE AGAIN
