Service Master was very professional and personal. Each of the team members worked extremely hard and made you feel like our job was their priority - even during this major storm cleanup. They are all knowledgeable about the service they provided and we are so grateful. Would definitely recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this company and the team that came out to demo and sanitize our basement. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had sewage back flow through our basement toilet and flooded our basement. Starting with Dave Schade Project Manager, he was very sympathetic to our situation and wanted to help in everyway he could including expediting the process to get the demo started as soon as he could. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. To the crew Jake and Trey, these guys busted their butts all day. Hit an unexpected speed bump with water getting behind our basement waterproofing. They continued working hard through the headaches of the job to make sure the job was done right. This company treats you like family and I will recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

We had water/sewage in our lower level. We were amazed at the level of professionalism Jake, Raiza and Trey had through every step of clean up. And they were absolutely meticulous with all of their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the very best clean up service!
