You would think that a guy working at a phone store would actually know a thing or two about phones but no. I just went in to get an upgraded phone and he had no idea what he was doing. He had to call several other people and make guesses while setting up my phone. And now I'm left with two active phone plans and numbers that both only send about half my messages. T Mobile, next time you hire someone for your store do us all a favor and at the minimum make sure they know how to set up a damn phone.
