Purchased a pump to remove water from my basement. Stopped working in an hour . This was a 80.00 pump . I called was told I could bring it back . I had 90 day warranty. I artivf st yhe store and I'm told they won't take the box it's open. I have to call a number on my receipt.

I came to this location last weekend and the customer service I received was absolutely exceptional. The cashier Olivia had a huge adorable smile on her face and was extremely helpful and a joy to be in the presence of! I found everything I was looking for as this store was very well stocked. Not a bad store. I can get by with the quality on some tools. Throw away supplies are ok. You get what you pay for. They do have some great tools for the money but do your home work
