“Diana was our sales rep and she was really helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help us choose the correct mattress. She did not try to push us to buy a more expensive mattress but was only concerned that we were going to be happy and comfortable with our purchase. We found one that met our needs within an hour and she set us up for delivery with no problems. We went to Mattress Firm before stopping at Sleep Outfitters and was basically ignored. That's when we chose to go to Sleep Outfittters. We definitely made the right choice.

“We are moving into a new home in Fairport Harbor. We checked out a lot of furniture stores only to find mediocre quality. We stumbled across Sheraton while on an errand. “We purchased a new TV from Mentor TV and had them install it on the brick above the fireplace in our home. The professional installers were Paul and Sam. They did an outstanding job. Paul and Sam were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They had to install wire mold to conceal the wiring. We were very pleased with the final appearance. They covered our flooring with protective pads during the install and removed all packaging when complete.
We would highly recommend Mentor TV to anyone considering having a TV installed in their home.”
