I purchased their 21’ flagpole. The pins that hold up the pole sections continue to malfunction which make the flagpole inoperative. The company does not answer their phone or emails. The pole is cheap made and their warranty is worthless.

Do NOT buy anything from EZPole Flagpoles. We bought the Liberty Telescoping Flagpole with Annin Solar Light a year ago and the pole snapped in half a week ago during a storm. They advertise a 5 year warranty with proof of purchase but apparently in the fine print it says you have to register the warranty within 90 days of purchase which we missed doing unfortunately. We are out $500 and they are telling us tough luck. As a proud veteran, I will be flying my American Flag on a different companies flag pole and encourage everyone else to do the same.

Without a call from "Dennis" or any notice, I received two poles in the mail to make my flagpole function with a rope/pulley. I appreciated the poles but I am not impressed with the customer service end of the business and how they handled my issue. I would have appreciated the opportunity to speak with someone instead of just being ghosted. Just be tenacious if you have any concerns with your product.

2/2023 update: What you see in my post below is mostly true...I question the owner's "patriotic" nature. On more than one occasion I saw a very expensive German made SUV parked in the front on weekends and have been meaning to update the post. I noticed the same vehicle in the city I live in with their well-made flagpoles in the front yard. Just a worker there? I think not.Man...I love the quality of your stuff but if you're gonna promote patriotism, drive American, eh? For that reason alone I won't go back nor will I refer someone there. It's hypocrisy. Drive what you want but if you can't drive something American, don't call yourself "patriotic". I dropped you a couple stars for this stunt.Original Post: Professional, patriotic, high-quality poles and flags. American made too! Great place!

I emailed Lynn,About my split flag pole, I had the pole for a few months.And the respones was within hours and they are sending me a new flag pole to replace it.Thank you for the great customer service.I enjoy flying this great USA, RED, WHITE and BLUE in front of my home.

I thought it was a flag store. But when me and my friend went inside, the social environment was toxic. Everywhere I looked was plastered with negative, hurtful, and derogatory messages. Overall, the store was a total scam and sick joke to just get peoples attention. And I think the people who run the store should think about both sides of the spectrum.

Purchased my first flag from them in April 2020 and was happy at the price and quality. Within the first year the locking mechanism broke and they shipped out a new one.Less than a year after receiving my replacement pole, it has broke again. This time the flimsy button that stops the top section broke off.The warranty only covers the original pole, and to get this fixed they want me to pay for shipping there and shipping back.It isn't worth it, as these poles only tend to last for about a year. I was very cognizant and took the flag down in any heavy weather. Disappointed to say the least.

I ordered the package and was told the light would be shipped separately. I still have not received the solar light. When I contacted the customer service was told it was shipped. Given tracking number but was unable to track.. the pole falls down I medium winds. Would not recommend this unit.

Super great beautiful store!! So kind and friendly along with reasonably priced items. So much to chose from. Great atmosphere! Just love the experience of going to this store and their support for veterans . It’s a must to see and enjoy!!!

Bought a flag pole from ez pole in the summer of 2020. In October of 2021 the plastic pulley broke. EZ would not replace it so i bought another for $12. They sent it with zero instruction and rivets that require a rivet gun which i dont have. Called their customer service and they were zero help. Can a metal pole withstand 120mph wind? Sure. Can a metal pole with a plastic pulley last over time? No!Save your money and buy from china. Same quality, warranty and customer service.
