Dear Duke Printing, Thank you for helping my frantic self not only get things done, but get things done fast. Love, Cara. In all seriousness, I called these folks a couple of days before I need a *huge* order done. They walked me through the process of submitting my docs online and promised to have the work done the next day for pick-up. I'm not lying to you--I was seriously in tears with stress and anxiety before I called them, and they fixed everything. I dealt with one representative the entire time, which made things way easier for me. I only had to explain what I wanted once and that equals priceless-ness. The only things I wish I could change would be: - the distance from my home. It's a bit of a hike from Ohio City, which kind of stinks. - price. It's premium, but then again they are super fast. - Better proof readers. Can you please have someone look over the files to make sure there are no misspellings or errors? They actually printed my order with an error which I had to pay more to get reprinted at Kinkos, who also gauged me for tons of money.
