One of the reasons for not getting my security deposit back was the stove was dirty. I had never used the stove while I lived here. Wanted you guys to know this and get it off my chest it's been years.

Respectfully, do not move here. I lived here for a year, 6 months out of the 12 were okay. The last 6 were horrible. I did not feel welcome in my own home. The power surges to the point they are going to eventually catch on fire. The hot water tanks do not work, maybe get 10 minutes of hot water. I was paying maybe 80.00 for electeic before I live here (in a 1600 square foot 3 bedroom home) and almost 200.00 every month living here. They well sell you a story book but realistically you can hear the people 2 doors down. You WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO REACH ANYONE AT EFFECENT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVER, the website from them is no longer avalible either.

Nice appartment. Nice office and maintenence staff who were polite, professional, prompt and helpful. Good neighbors. All around Nice quiet community and a great place to live. The upkeep of the grounds was excellent. I'd recommend dover to anyone. They really try hard to give the tenant a good experience.

Can't even have a pet here. That right there is a 1 star. Ridiculous lol cats don't harm anybody and why does it matters if the person takes care of them and the place?

My husband and I have lived at Dover for the past 2 years and have had a great experience! We have a dog, so we love having our own front door and little grass area in front of our apartment for her to enjoy. Additionally, its great having our own patio area to sit outside and grill out during the summer. Bob and Linda in the office have always been nothing but nice to us and are always so helpful when we need anything. The maintenance team is also fantastic and whenever we need a repair or service done to our apartment they complete excellent work and are quick to do so. The complex is quiet and we have enjoyed many friendly neighbors around us. I would recommended Dover Place Apartments to anyone!

Great place to live. Management is very friendly and helpful.I love my apartment. They really did a great job with the updates. I would highly recommend living here. It’s nice and peaceful. Great community.

Super giant potholes everywhere, if you don’t have a car than this place would be great. I lived here years ago, the space is great, not the biggest living room but the laundry room made up for it some as well as a laundry room with the pull down stairs for store was really great. Parking spots are limited here, on the bus line and very quiet location.

It's alright. Been here a few years. Not much gets done around here. The grounds upkeep is awful. Snow plowing during the winter is almost non existent. Roof leaks since last year, has not been repaired. Stains on interior ceiling from leaks. Nothing done about it. If you don't ask for anything or complain you're good.

they are not worth the rent i had to pay for my hot water 19 gal water tank ur heat was elect elect bill was close to 60 to 85 dollars per month i wasnt even using the stove had to pay extra for heat ,hot water , utilities & services fees for water,sewer,and trash removal heat was bad when heat first comes on 1st min was cold air and last min was cold air always felt cold air on me about every 25 mins plus and cold drafts under door had to put towel under door to stop drafts ( this was a studio apartment )

Bad parking lot and difficult to locate specific apartments. Could say more, but, look at it for yourself and it should say it all, no need to go about being rude on the internet I suppose...

I've been here for about a year now and I've been happy so far. The office staff and facilities are very helpful. Someone has always shown up or called me back within a day if I ever needed help (re-caulk a sink and replace a knob on my stove). All apartments have their quirks, but having a ranch style apartment has been amazing. I rarely hear my neighbors through the walls, unless they yell really loud (which is rare) or slam their door really hard. My unit has a built in book-case which has been great, a newer fridge, and a newer stove. The units also have a storage room with washer/dryer hook-ups and storage space above the room (with a pull down ladder). Being able to have my own washer/dryer has been a lifesaver and the extra storage has been critical. I'm planting a garden this year around my patio so bonus if you like having an outdoor space. It's incredible they allow large dogs and the rent is very affordable, especially with what I'm getting. Also, 95% of the neighbors are great! They're either really friendly and you can become familiar, or they're quiet and keep to themselves. I would recommend Dover!
