I went to this drug mart location the other day. I met an employee named Timothy Kovacic. I couldn’t find a few items and I asked him and he was super friendly and very helpful. He was the nicest and most helpful employee. Thank you so much Timothy and I wish u the best of luck hope you get a raise soon.

I have been going here since I moved nearby. They have very reasonably priced OTC products and always has several options of anything I am looking for. Plenty of free easy accessible parking. Lines go quickly.

Do not go to this pharmacy. A 16 year old running to the McDonald's drive thru would be better at getting you the correct prescriptions. I've seen some poor service but this pharmacy takes the cake. They gave me double the prescriptions needed while charging me Double is well. They did not give me the correct prescriptions let alone not even telling me that they're doing the same. All they could say is all the prescriptions are in the brown bag. Then to top it off they blame me for not checking the prescriptions. Even though they were well aware they were not giving me the correct prescriptions. There's no reason to place anybody's life in jeopardy. These are supposed to be people you are supposed to be trust but I would not trust them lacing my own shoes.

This drug mart has a surprisingly amount of selection for how small the store is and the cashiers are really nice especially Jo!

Went there to look for something. They didn't have it. A blonde girl with a dog was sitting in the entrance. When I left, she was still there. Creepy how they let people do that. I couldn't tell if she was homeless or not.

I am one of the nicest people you will meet never complain. about a thing. I have never been so disgusted and disrespected in my life. There is a cashier there named Nancy, she has long blonde-brown hair. So rude and disrespectful always has an attitude torwards not only me one time but every other customer as well. I'm sorry she may be miserable with her life but when you come into work you leave it at the door and try to give your best customer service. So disappointed because I have been coming to this drugmart since I was just 6 years old. Iwill not be back bc because of her, she makes every customer feel uncomfortable.

I honest to God don't know why they call themselves Discount Drugmart? There is absolutely nothing "discount" about this place! Everything is so overpriced its not even funny! Will avoid this place if at all possible! A single can of Campbell's soup for $3... What a joke!Well I tried this store again to see if the prices have been adjusted at all. A 12 pack of coke from "discount" drugmart, $6.99. A 15 pack from a CONVENIENT store directly across the street, $5.99. What great discounts they offer at "DISCOUNT" drugmart... I also saw the Campbell's soups went up to $3.99 a can for a single can of soup! I hate to see businesses close but this one needs to go! Been shopping at this store since I was a kid. Will never give them another cent of my money! Seems the owners are greedy as hell with their mark ups! I'd be willing to bet everything at that convenient store is cheaper than drugmart! Why can a convenience store sell me items cheaper than a supposed discount store? Discount drugmart saves you the runaround and empties your wallet all at the same time! What a deal!!!

Staff is unhelpful even when you ask where an item is. The best they can do is guess even when they have nothing else going on. Only one register takes credit card and it's incredibly slow with a line building. The cashiers at the register just stand there and chit chat rather then help customers locate items. The store typically has a good selection of items and is well-organized. However, the staff at this particular location are so bad that I'd rather drive all the way to Lakewood than visit again.

Eastlake Discount Drug Mart has been my go to favorite store for the 16 years my family has lived here. Always kind, always pleasant & knowledgeable! Little secret - they have the very best wild bird seed around. Make sure you leave me enough!?
