Even after cancelling my auto-renew shipments multiple times -- 2 times over the phone, 4 times via email and 2 more times via letters -- I still continued to receive shipments and continued to get charged. I kept paying until the last time when I marked the box as Return to Sender, gave it back to the Post Office and refused to pay the bill. They kept trying to charge me for this shipment and even reported me to collections. Horrible customer service. Don't recommend anyone ever using this company because they're lying, no good crooks.
