This place gave me my boat back with a smell of fuel coming from unknown source. I called right away. They said they would get back to me, they never did. I called a couple times near the end of the boating season. I called again the next April. Thay said bring it in. I did. They told me it was their busy season, that they'llGet to it as soon as possible. Well after calling several times being told they'll get to it. It was now mid June. I called again they said we will get it in this week. They called and said there's no fuel leak but told me there is a safety gasket leaking water out of the 1 and 2 spark plug, causing suspected gas smell.And said they can't fix it because all the places to get parts from were hacked and all web sites were down. I went to pick it up. They showed me the leak in five minutes but, charged me and hour and a half labor at 120.00 an hour to diagnose it. They are thieves. If you don't have a dock there they don't give a dam about you.Obviously. Oh I had the gasket fixed and it did nothing to stop the smell of fuel. Screw them.

Roughly 80 spots at complete capacity. Each has their own mini pavilion with two parking spaces and guest space is available.They offer a party center fully equipped kitchen, pool and patio area. Too bad they allow smoking at the pool and patio area. Makes for unpleasant appearance of filled ash trays and smoke smell. Would be nice if they had a designated smokers area.Wash house is clean and this is a gated entrance.

Took my 23' foot boat to get detailed.Paid for a complete detail and told it would look brand new. Dropped it off on a Friday and was promised it would be done that Tuesday.I paid for it Wednesday and it still wasn't done. You could see the dirt iand dullness on the inside of the boat and the mold and dirt underneath the canopy. They didn't even open the compartments to clean . They didn't buff or wax the inside of the boat at all.Horrible customer service. The manager was so unprofessional. He was rude, disrespectful, and didn't provide the service I paid for. In fact, he blamed me for not telling him the things that needed to be done when I was there to pay for it and the crew was still working on it. The manager did say they didn't do a good job but still gave me grief.I wouldn't recommend using this place for anything on your boat. Just read the reviews especially about the manager.

A simple phone call to inquire about what is typically performed on a winterization of a boat? Oil and filter changes? Outdrive gear lube? Fuel/water separator filter?It depends on the customer sir!The boat I just bought has your service tag on it dated 10-19-2020 performed by technician J.l. Is he or she available?We have several j.l.’s working here, which one? (Seriously)We don’t keep records that old sir?6 months is old?It was obvious that she had zero interest in customer service! I will never use them!
