This place is AWESOME!!!! I was very worried about buying a used car. MJ, the owner, made us feel totally relaxed. No pressure. Very Professional. Upfront and honest. I have never had a better car buying experience in 50 years of car buying!!! The day after we brought the car home, it didn’t start. I was panicked. MJ had the car towed from Chagrin Falls to Wickliffe immediately. It was a starter problem, a freak problem that just happened. No way of seeing this ahead of time. MJ replaced the starter and had it ready for pickup that day!! And with NO CHARGE!!! I almost had a stroke!!! FREE REPAIR!!! That is what kind of operation Avenue Motorcars runs. I plan on buying my daughter a car next month! I have already told my Family and friends, and they plan on checking out Avenue Motorcars when in the market for a car. By the way, when i wanted to have my personal mechanic check over the used car, because i was so afraid of buying a lemon, MJ not only agreed to have it checked out, he drove it to my mechanic himself! You don’t find this kind of service at the large scale Big name Dealerships ! This is like the olden days , where people could trust a car dealership!!!

Quality place. I've had my SUV for 6 months and no issues. Told Matt I was driving down from Michigan and he offered to sent me pictures and video of the vehicle and how it drives so I didn't waste my time. Wasn't pushy and stayed open late to handle my sale. Quick turn around time with the title and tapes the temp plate to card stock to prevent weather damage.If you are in the market for a car check out this place and see how they can help you.

Bought a Beetle from them recently. Friendly people. Got a fair price on the car. They had a lot of nice inventory. They got me the title in my name the next day.

I was in the market for a particular vehicle. Avenue Motors had one in stock. From first communication to last, the whole process was wonderful. I do not go into a large purchases like a vehicle lightly. Every step of the way Avenue Motors allowed me to drive the vehicle on two separate occasions. I requested to have it put on the lift for a better look. Each time my requests were met with a "no problem". When I ultimately decided I wanted the vehicle negotiation was quick and easy. They were also able to assist with my less than perfect credit, into an affordable payment. Many service upgrades and even unneeded services were made by Avenue Motors during their time with the vehicle. That's how you know you have found a used car dealership you can trust. If I'm in the market for a used car again, Avenue Motors will be my first choice.
