“I bought a refrigerator here last week and these folks were great to deal with. My initial experience coming in was similar to buying anywhere else, BUT I had a problem with the unit once it got home. The sales team didn't hesitate to treat me very well when returning and finding a new unit. I thought I was going to have to have a fit to get them to do the right thing, but instead they were apologetic and accommodating. I will never buy anywhere else after that experience. I would advise you to plug in the fridge at the store before you buy it first just in case something was damaged in transport to the store.”

They were extremely helpful , very polite and professional . , The icing on the cake was after hearing what a danger my appliance was causing Darren came out with my rental within 40 minutes , even though it was a big financial loss of food I have a safe appliance and thanks to the great customer service I can sleep without breathing in toxic fumes. “On Jan 10, 2024 we had a wind storm, so our power went out. When the light cane on, I still had no internet and part of my house didn't come back on. Eventually I went to check the panel box, and yes breakers were out. This one red breaker wouldn't reset (off/on), so I YouTubed it. I took a picture of the breaker, drove to Home Depot, saw this beautiful young lady working in electrical isle. Now, all the breakers looked alike to me, so I stood there acting like I knew what I was doing (Men). So she starting walking towards me, and this sweet voice said "are you finding what you're looking for, I'd be glad to help?" Embarrassed, my inner voice said "naw I got it", then something happened and "please, cause I don't know what the hell I'm looking for. She took my phone, zoomed in on the photo, and went straight to the breaker I needed. She said you need a 20amp Seimens, and this should work. I brought it home, changed it out, and I was back in the game!!! I'd like to thank Arissa for being professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all for just being there. With help like that, I'll definitely be back. Bless Her Heart!”

“Exactly what the name sounds like...a showroom filled with all types of lights. Have lights for all rooms, indoors and out. The salespeople were helpful and knowledgeable. Selection was pretty good...and the have more available in catalogs and online. Will probably end up getting some lights for my home build.”

“Our refrigerator after 23 years finally decided to quit what is was supposed to do.You know cold and frozen.My daughter and myself went refrigerator shopping.She wanted to head to the big box stores.... but I had heard from friends about Bloom Brothers. Now I had not be in the store since when I went with my father in the 1960s.What a wonderful experience. Still the very personal service, no high sale push. Just friendly and above excellent in customer service.Brandon , our salesman explained the pros and cons and found us just what we wanted.We were sad when he said that delivery would be about two weeks but whatever. We really liked the product.SURPRISE call from Brandon two days laterGot your refrigerator want it Friday? The next day!Of course I said yes and delivery time from10am to noon.The delivery guys showed up at 10am.Had to remove the door to my house to get it in the house. Off and back on without problem.Took my old refrigerator.They set up and connected the new refrigerator without a problem.Sorry I did not get their names but they were very good at their job.They did the entire set up and explained the refrigerator to me.WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Bloom Brothers to any and all.Thank you all.”

We walked out with a mount that was a bit larger than the original, but took his advice and purchased electrical tape to manage filling the gap. This guy is awesome and shared a little personal wisdom as we walked around the store solving our issue. Give this man a raise - he deserves it!”
