I bought a refrigerator here last week and these folks were great to deal with. My initial experience coming in was similar to buying anywhere else, BUT I had a problem with the unit once it got home. The sales team didn't hesitate to treat me very well when returning and finding a new unit. I thought I was going to have to have a fit to get them to do the right thing, but instead they were apologetic and accommodating. I will never buy anywhere else after that experience. I would advise you to plug in the fridge at the store before you buy it first just in case something was damaged in transport to the store.

Came in looking for a new couch. Steve was very helpful extremely friendly and wonderfully patient in my indecisiveness. We found a lovely couch and got it scheduled for delivery!!!! I will definitely be back to work with Steve when I am back in the market for some furniture.
