I work for another sign company out of Columbus, OH. We recently subcontracted Agile Sign to do an install for us up near Cleveland. They did an awesome job & I was very impressed with their communication & performance. I would definitely recommend doing business with Agile Sign.

This is the worst sign company I have ever dealt with in the 20 years I have been maintaining my business sign and lighting. PERIOD BEWARE!!! I called to change some lights that were not illuminated. They took over 4 months to get the job completed. Charged me 2500.00 for a job that usually costs around 1100.00. Never gave a estimate!! The best though is they now want to be paid in full but the job is still not complete. Excuses For why the signs are not illuminating properly is “we only changed half of the bulbs in the sign”REALLY??

The worst business experience I have had in 45yrs of working with businesses.I had an agreement to do a 16,000.00 electric sign and redo the entire faces of the sign and I spent hours with drawings for faces.Excuse after excuse finally 7 months later got electronic sign up, but NOT FACES.! Agreement was full payment upon completion. THEY NEVER FINISHED!!New electric sign looked terrible on mentor ave with old busted faces, Tim told me every month that they were working on faces he said "sorry and not to worry, he would get the job completed." AFTER 4 MONTHS OF WAITING, I TOLD HIM I CAN NOT FINISH PAYING UNTIL THE JOB, YOU PROMISED, IS COMPLETED!That still didn't work, this guy is sooo lazy. I am done after 6months of being told, by him personally, that he would complete the job.What a horrible business man!!

They were contracted to install 3 awnings. 4 weeks have gone by and now not returning phone calls or emails. Very unprofessional. Left me hanging.

I just recently started working with this company and am very impressed. I plan on using them for all my signage and exterior lighting. Give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed .

Tough to get a hold of, sounds like one person does everything and if said person isn't available, Good Luck.
