About Wheat Hill Mobile Home Community
The community is under new management and the owners are extremely nice. Rules are still but not as strict. It is very quiet and peaceful and affordable living, a nice place to raise kids. They have a new basketball hoop and a vegetable garden during summer. It is close to town without road traffic at the front door and still conveniently close to town. The owners are professional and friendly. Neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. It is highly recommended for anyone considering moving.

Under New Management, and the owners are extremely nice. The community still has rules, but not as strict as the previous owner. Easy to talk to as well
