I do not like the fact that I have to wait 38-50 minutes to talk to them. When did they get the automated service? Who decided to get this horrible service? This is no way to deal with customer issues. Not happy about it at all!

If you use the results below instead of Google option like postal locations site below it'll give you real numbers not 800 numbers which it does for ALL post offices

They do have an option to speak to a representative but you have to wait for the whole message and then they will call you back if there's not a representative available at that time

Don’t try to call them they only have an automated line that doesn’t help in the slightest and no options for a representative. One of the worst post offices I’ve have anything but pleasure of dealing with.
