Scheduled weeks ahead for an afternoon appointment at 1:00. Received a confirmation email and a text message the morning of confirming my appointment. Showed up and the guy tells me there’s a problem with their app and they don’t take cars after 12:30 and wouldn’t take my car. How about letting me know in the two weeks they had instead of waiting for me to rework my schedule around the appointment and showing up just to have them turn me away. And the guy who let me know could have cared less and actually seemed amused that I was their in the first place. Complete joke of a business. Will not be going back.
