Service department is lackluster. Every time I get repairs there the problem is never resolved and I have to go back in multiple times to get it fully resolved.Most recently I purchased a transmission there, spent $2500 roughly. Within 3 months it has leaked twice now due to bad seals, which all told for repairs would put me near the cost for a new one in the first place.When I complained they said they don't in fact actually inspect the used parts they put in the cars (they actually just get them from the local junk yard) and basically if a used part doesn't work that's not on them.I strongly disagree with that statement, given that one would assume their GM Certified technicians would at the very least put a decently working part in, used or no, but no.I have already placed reports with the BBB and GM and am awaiting their replies.Stay clear, they may not be scam artists...but they certainly aren't honest businessmen

Very unhappy. Bough a used card ASIS. But they put a sticker on the window saying brakes, belts and battery are good. WRONG an I have photos of the brakes an pads to prove it. The front brake pads had nothing on them. Serpentine belt an pulley had to be replace an the transmission is leaky due to filter never been change. So they rather lie an put people’s life in danger. Will never go back an will tell people to stay away. You will get more people to buy from you if you tell the truth. If you would tell me hay this car needs this an that we could’ve worked a deal out but. O you just want peoples money.

This is our 3rd vehicle from Britain. The sales team is fantastic. I love my 2020 Chevy Blazer. Appointments are easily made. I am from Beaver county and it’s worth it to get my stuff done here! I trust them! They listen and take the time to get the problem fixed. Nice waiting area also.

As always Chad McCowin and the Brittain group knocked it out of the park. We just purchased a Traverse from them to accommodate our growing children. Pleasure dealing here. Always a laid back, relaxed experience. They even had toys for the kids to play with in the showroom while my wife and I talked with Chad. Fourth car from here in better than a decade, with more purchases in the future. Highly recommend stopping in and seeing Chad for any used or new car needs.
