We contacted Vernon **** in May to have our commercial 60 Toro picked up for service. I spoke with delivery driver and was a great experience. My first call was in June and they confirmed the mower was running (wasnt when it left) and that all they needed were parts for the deck. Called again in July and they confirmed parts were behind but shouldnt be much longer. When I called August 9th, they couldnt locate my name in their system and therefore had no record of what mower was actually mine. They still couldnt locate name or mower on the 10th but assured me the mower I described had a tag on it with someone elses name. I drove to their office and located my mower in their yard the morning of August 11th, weeds growing over the deck, no power and no repairs made. Tagged with someone elses name and NO RECORD of any service or repairs performed. All parts that we had that was also sent along with mower was not located either.

This place is the exact reason people order online and small business goes out of business. 3 people working in parts, but only 1 doing anything. The other two can’t even get out of a chair to help. The customer service is terrible. The phone ringing and ringing and ringing. I don’t know how anyone would even want to listen to that. I won’t even try this place again.

Terrible Customer Service!!! Took in a push mower for estimate, it was there for a month with no call from them. I stopped in to check on it and after 30-40 minutes, someone from service comes out and tells me it needs a new carburator ($119). I declined and was told they will give the parts back to me in a box or I could pay to have it put back together. Who does that! When I decided I'd take the parts, I was told they will call me because they didn't know where they are and "the guys" are at lunch. Terrible experience
