Bought a 1200 phone here; worst customer service ever experienced. Avoid this particular location if you can!! Extremely rude and disrespectful acted better than us, tried to aggressively up sell product got mad when we questioned about it. The guy who was helping us also had a rude remark after every question we asked or statement made. Asked him about being an A…hole then he said wasnt going to help if we were going to be rude. We said ok get a manager to come over both of them who were listening to the conversation but spent the entire time on their phone doing absolutely nothing. Manager came over to help us finish he just as rude and said both parties involved were wrong. Difference is we are the customer spending money to employ these people to help us not the other way around. Should never be this way WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Staff here is ignorant and act like they don’t have time for you. Spent $1500 on a new iPhone pro max and started having software issues not even 2 months later. The man who took care of me acted like I was an idiot and talked to me like it. I’ll drive to boardman before I ever come back into this location. I switched my service from straight by talk to Verizon thinking even if it was more money I would be able to get the assistance I needed when something went wrong, boy was I mistaken! Don’t you dare go in a half hour before they close cause they’ll sit hunched over a table and act like you’re the biggest inconvenience in the world. I also went in to inquire about a second line and insurance on my phone but I was rushed out before I could even make them more money. Pathetic!

The service is horrible here. The sales representative was rude as well as aggressive. I don't recommend this store to anyone at all ... This is also in Calcutta Ohio. It's a shame how rude people are in these couple of stores in Calcutta Ohio. Not all places over there are like this.

These guys are always making sure we get what we need and in the prices we want. We've only been twice, but we are 2 for 2 in great customer service. The service is casual, and they are matter of fact guys, so don't get upset!

There customer service was great. We had went to the Verizon in Robinson the day before and they were absolutely no help. They pretty much told us there was nothing they could do for us and was told to call the 800 number again for the 10th time. We were in this Verizon retailer 5 minutes and they knew the issue and solved it and had us on our way. Greatly appreciated!!

Purchased a new phone today.....they said that everything was transferred from the old phone to the new phone. The new phone could not receive any calls. Returned to the store and they said to come back tomorrow because they were closing. I WILL NEVER go to this store again. Customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!

The owner replied saying that they were going to reach out to help. I filled out the form and never heard anything further. Again, they lie in store and they lie online when responding to posts. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. Go to AT&T a quarter of a mile away. Liars and scam artists at Verizon East Liverpool!!!My wife was having issues with her phone in July and we went into the Verizon store in East Liverpool OH to see what could be done. They said they were running a promotion that would allow us to send in our phones to get full credit towards new phones. I specifically asked the sales person if this was going to change my contract in any way. He said it wouldn’t extend the length of my contract and it would allow us to exchange our Note 10’s for the S22’s. Now, I come to find out that it did indeed change my contract because now I cannot leave Verizon for three years or I will have to pay full price for each of the phones. So basically, I did not get anything for my phones that I exchanged and I am unable to change to another carrier for three years. Do not go to the location in East Liverpool OH unless you want to be lied to by a rude and overly steroid apparent sales team. They will lie to you and take advantage of you and then Verizon will not do anything to help their customers. They will lie to you and you will be stuck.

The attention at this place has always being pleasant, but thanks to an unpleasant attention I got to learn how to transfer my SIM card and data to the new phone I bought somewhere else. Came three times in the process of changing to a new phone, being. Verizon customer for some years, my line is prepaid and the first advice was to go and buy a phone at Walmart because I could get there better deal and variety, well, thanks, I did!Then came back with my new phone and a gentleman told me that I will charged $30 for the service of transferring the data and all, my comment was that never in the 3 times was it mentioned (I know it is not for free .. nothing is!), But the kind attitude changed and it was no more a good customer service, to the point I didn't want to keep talking to the person and preferred in my mind another agent, asked for a better way to be approached and was told that I have been treated as he treated all the customers, well, sorry but I don't like that, did say it, then his position was to end the it there .It was the best it could happen! I went home and I informed myself about how to do this change , Verizon online gives excellent information about how to, and once a YouTuber explained how to extract and install the SIM, I was on my way to accomplish the task. At the end, I saved ME $30, I got to learn something new and got this feeling, of "I won't set a foot in a Verizon office again".Thank you to the gentleman that lost his happy cool when disagreements arose with a customer, it was not the money for me, at the moment I was uniform and not approached correctly to do business with me.And for the record, some customers have a prepaid service not because they don't have money, some customers prefer to schedule their payments monthly, instead of allowing companies to take money from their accounts.
