The Tri State Ford team went above and beyond for our recent purchase. Cody took his time with us, they worked out a great and fair deal and Jackie in the back office gets a special shout out for saving the day with her help on some tricky paperwork that needed emailed. I recently had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle from tri-state Ford. Everyone I met at this dealership was very friendly and helpful. I had ample opportunity to test drive several different vehicle’s from this dealership. The sales staff and management team are all very helpful and the finance manager was able to accommodate my needs without any difficulty.

If I could rate this place a 0, I would.My dad would roll over in his grave if he knew how I was treated there. My car was towed to their dealership at CarShields request and I just picked it up today with nothing at all done to it. They wanted to charge me over $400 for “diagnostics” that I told them on the phone. My car was up there from August 5 until today. I want to say that Kyle, Cody and two of the women in the cashier department were all nice people but I I NEVER go there again for anything. My dad bought so many new vehicles from Grand Ford and so have we. Mike Seevers was like “family” to us. I’m just sorry that the new ownership doesn’t care or treat long, long time customers with as much loyalty as we always gave them.

Cody and Kyle helped me a lot buying my first car. They were patient with me and told me everything I needed to know about my Chevy Equinox. They gave me they’re contact information so that I could reach out if further issues occurred and took care of my mom and I extremely well

Highly do not recommend attempting to get your vehicle worked on here, James the service manager is extremely unorganized and gave me the runaround the whole time my truck was parked there (3+ weeks.) He would tell me one thing one day and something different the next. Called to check on my truck and he finally told me to come get my keys because they don't want it, and hung up on me as well. Won't be back here for anything.

First, I had my Escape there for an oil change (The Works) and a recall. James in “Service” is excellent to deal with. While waiting, I decided to turn my lease into a purchase. Cody was absolutely wonderful in explaining the options and getting things rolling once I made my decision. For the final paperwork, I had the pleasure of working with Nick. These guys are very professional but personable. Everyone is friendly and smiling. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Worst dealership I have ever been to. They sold me a car and it instantly started having issues and kept making a lot of noise. And when I mentioned it to the salesman that sold it to me he said it sounded perfectly normal to him. Then the TCM went out and they took the car in to fix it and said I’d hear from them on Monday. Monday came and went, Tuesday passed, Wednesday I called them and they said that I’d have to wait until the part was ordered and came in. Then said I’d hear from them the next week and the next week came and they didn’t call. I called them and they said they’d put me on a list to be called everyday on the progress of my car and didn’t hear from them again until my car was finished. Also tried to charge me for a rental car when I never got one.

Cody is a great salesman!! Thursday I got in contact Cody about a car. By the next day as I walked in Cody was so welcoming, and had the car already to leave the lot! These guys at tri state ford gave me the absolute best experience in a car dealership that I’ve ever seen! Hopefully this small town car dealership will get BIG because these guys deserve it!!

I had a great experience with Cody and Nick buying my first car!! Cody came very researched on the Honda CR-V I was test driving and told me more information about my car than even a Honda dealership I previously visited did. Tri State Ford gave me a great price and I did not experience any of the normal car dealership "tricks". Every employee was respectful and did not pressure me into buying the car or any unwanted warranties. The service was personable, as four different managers came to check on me throughout the process to ensure I was being taken care of. My salesman Cody even checked in with me after I bought the car to make sure I got home safely and was satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely come back here to buy another car. Had to make an unexpected car purchas. Was not looking forward to it. I expressed interest in a Ford Focus and Cody called me. Prior to calling me he texted and asked if it was okay to call. He was informative and helpful instead of being pushy. I ended up buying a 2015 Ford Focus. Nick in the financial department was also very informative and helpful and found me the best rate possible.

Huge help with everything I asked! Morgan Franjko was excellent with tracking down parts that even weren't Ford based, Nate did an amazing job on the alignment for my car and Josh did an awesome job with service on my car. Excellent parts people and mechanics even working on a Hyundai! I will definitely be taking my car for more service by those three!
