Placed a mobile order for pickup. Picked order up and returned home. Order was missing chicken strips and the two hot dogs looked like they had been sitting on the rollers all day. Is that what we're supposed to expect for made to order food? Do better.

The male manager at Calcutta sheetz is very rude and act like doing his job is an inconvenience. I went to shelf checkout , but realized I need something form behind the cash counter , and you have thought it was the end of the world for him to add it to the screen. Do better dude , you work on customer service !!

Got one of the ranger bagels for breakfast and the bottom of the bagel was hard and dry. Inedible, had to throw it away.

I brought in lotto tickets while My boyfriend order food on the machine we went outside pumping gas. Went in for food and kitchen saying we didn't pay. Then they said they watched camera and a man took our food. I had to go tell my boyfriend this he had to argue with the girl saying his card numbers was on the receipt. Over 40 minutes for a small sampler basket. And he has work at 3 am.

I was informed by a friend that all Sheetz stores had $1.77 gas per gallon and when I arrived it had ended. Other Sheetz station was still offering the sale by those stores was 40-50 miles away from me.
