It’s difficult to get scripts filled here in a timely manner. I sat in the drive up window two separate times totaling a half hour on my most recent trip just to pay for a prescription that was already supposed to be filled. If my doctor sends over a script, it does not seem to automatically get filled like with other pharmacies. I have to call to make sure they have it, and then they will say it will be ready in 30 minutes. It was ready in an hour instead. I think they are understaffed, and I wish we had a local CVS.The ladies at the front counter are always very friendly.

Was told it would be ready in a HR then called them after a HR went by they told me it would be ready in a half hour so I drove all the way there for the guy to tell me it would be another HR or it would be filled when it's filled but when I called they said all that needs done is to be counted so I called again they now tell me it will be 45 more mins

I filled my prescription 3 days prior to picking it up. I was told it wasn’t ready and to come back in an hour. When I returned my prescription was ready but the pharmacist hadn’t checked it was told they were on lunch and would be back in 20 minutes. After 15 minutes waiting in line to talk to someone twice they tell me this. All they do is put a sticker on the bottle that the prescription is sent to them in why does it take one and a half hours and two trips to the pharmacy to get a prescription that all they do to prepare it is put a sticker on a bottle. It’s time to switch pharmacies.

Completely screwed up my estrogen regimen. Lied about being able to get the vial. Were good at first, but then wasn't keeping my meds in stock that I had been coming there to fill for over a year every month. Wouldn't ever recommend anybody ever use, management is garbage.

I love the pharmacy staff and tech's my medicine is always filled at record speed and there very friendly and helpful but my visit yesterday 7-25-2020. I was told I have to wear a mask. Which is not mandatory per the govenor of Ohio. People with mental health problems or breathing problems are not required to wear a mask. The big dude up front fought with me at the eastliverpool Ohio location and said it didn't matter for me to just have my medicine brought to me outside or go threw the drive threw, because I have to wear a mask. He didn't want to hear I have PTSD, depression, anxiety, I'm bipolar or COPD. It's hard enough to breathe without a mask than to put one on. Once again its NOT mandatory to wear a mask if you have mental health issues or breathing problems. PER THE GOVENOR OF OHIO!!!!!!!

Your late nineties, early 2000's built Rite Aid. Inside was a bit weird and messy looking. Just came here to pick up a quick drink before hitting the road back to Pittsburgh. Welp, like some others, you have to give up your license to use the bathroom. So we did not do that here, there are gas stations nearby that you don't have to go through a screening first before relieving yourself. In all honesty, this place was like the quick stop for people picking up their alcohol for the evening. Lots of people running in as someone idles the car out front. Not your typical drug store.
