Charged me for a alignment and didn't do the job right because I needed parts in order for the alignment to be correct but they sent it through said it was done but my tire was still kicked sideway and not aligned

I explained to them the problem I was having and come to find out I needed two new tires (which I didn’t know was bad), so they showed me and explained everything they were going to do. Definitely will be using their services again.

They got us in as soon as they open when our front tire wasn't holding air. got us in and got us 4 new tires and got us back on the road. Super helpful & friendly.

Had my tires shipped there for installation, showup on scheduled installation day, and they had no idea I was coming. Had to come back the following day and was there 3 plus hours because of the confusion with amazon and payment. Would not consider doing it again or recommending it to anyone.

Originally in for an alignment, turned into a repair in order to be done. Staff were attentive, respectful and understanding. They even did as much of an assessment that was agreeable in many areas. Will be returning to location for more service in coming months.

Monroe was great! We got 2 new tires on the back of our SUV. They took our car in just about 5 minutes after we got there! They were super fast and did a great job! The Manager was extremely nice and personable!

I usually always have a great experience that is until Brian left, I took my car in the other day to get it checked to see if the alternator was bad and get my wheel well area inspected for damages. I believe a possible tie rod, sway bar, wheel bearing, something suspension related is wrong, I asked they look it over, I would leave the car there as long as they needed and to get back to me. I received a call later that day saying that my battery was just low, and that they forgot to look at the problem in my wheel well to go ahead and head down and they would do it before I even get there. He advised me that he didn't think anything was wrong with it beforegettingoff the phone and never lookingat it yet, I know for a fact there is something wrong with it, many things wrong with it, every year I come into you guys to get work done and it's usually the same parts that need replaced. I was trying to get a quote so I knew how much it was going to cost me whenever I need to get it done. I go in they told me I just need an alignment which is wrong and that my battery was low which was also wrong I came to find out after going and purchasing a brand new battery and not even making it home before the light came on because the alternator was bad and they never tested it. I changed the alternator and its running fine. I will never be coming back here again.

Never again. Terrible customer service by the manger, and service on my car by technicians who have seemingly never touched a car before in their lives, but treated me like I was clueless. Came in for an oil change and somehow my tires ended up being rotated, but were out of sync with the car’s TPSM, and two of them were inflated to 55 and 56 PSI when they should’ve only been inflated to 33. Treated like an “inconvenience,” when nobody could give me a straight answer as to why the tires were all jacked up in the first place when I was there for an oil change. Very frustrating.

My tire had a leak, they got me right in and repaired it quickly. All the employees have always treated me well and are very friendly.
