Shout out to Giant Eagle bakery in Calcutta ohio for doing an excellent job on my baby's birthday cake. Went in there with an "idea" told the girl what I wanted and what our theme was, I told them to get as creative as they wanted, regardless we were going to enjoy the cake and she was only 1 so it didn't truly matter. They offered us the smash cake (free for the 1st birthday if you didn't know) and even followed the theme with that cake! I think whoever decorated the cake did a very good job, and as always we will get our cakes from there!

Don’t bother calling the bakery to reserve anything bc they say they will and then don’t. I ordered a large loaf of pumpernickel for pick up today. The employees were incredibly rude telling me it was put out for sale today. I ordered it 5 days ago with all of my information taken. They made the size I wanted and sold it before I got there. Which was before the time they told me to pick it up.

My wife came out last week to pickRX up it wasn’t ready after being there for 6 days. I come back today had coupon fo $8.40 they wanted to charge me over $4 extra then I Bebe to set and wait for them to renter it. It’s been 15 minutes and still waiting and the clerk was very rude

i have texts when my prescriptions are filled. i got a text at 3:30 today saying it was filled and i’m still waiting to get my prescription at 5:20. this is not the first time this has happened. they need to be held accountable for that. other than that the staff is friendly.

This giant eagle it's turning into Walmart not only does the pharmacy tell you that they will fill your prescription and have you wait a hour just to tell you that they don't have it wasting your time but now today or I should say this evening on 10/2/2019 I was purchasing a couple of cold items and was in the checkout line, the cashiers name was Ben and the baggers name was Matthew and my cold items we're still sitting at the bottom of the conveyor in the bagging area I received my change and Matthew was too busy talking with other people to bag my items and I had to bag them myself, I didn't know that giant eagle is turning into Walmart

Nice pharmacy. Only negative: some counter people act like they don't want to work there or are at the end of a double shift. Smile, being personable is part of the job!

This place is really slow as hell I wouldn't recommend for anyone to come here always slow you always have to wait a long time for stuff the lady Sandy didn't know what the hell she was even doing

Michelle in the Bakery always does a great job on our Birthday cakes. She goes beyond the call of a baker when decorating cakes. I highly recommend Giant Eagle, their Bakery and Michelle!! Thank you
