Huge shout out to FLOYDS AUTO BODY LLC! They got my Jeep back to me! What an incredible job they did! The deer did alot of damage! Very professional, compassionate, and honest folks. Does my heart good to know that such businesses still exist. You just knew by the degree of concern they expressed that you weren't just another number! Many thanks for your outstanding craftsmanship! You've earned my business, not that I hope to need this type of work again anytime soon.

This was the first time I ever hit an animal or had to use my insurance because I got into an accident. Since I was new to this I was so thankful that Floyd’s was handling my car because they made the process so easy. They contacted my insurance multiple times a week sometimes twice a day depending on the situation and they got my car back to me before my rental ran out. They did amazing work!!! I would never have noticed that my car was in an accident. Everything looks perfect. I even took my car back to them when I had a screw in my tire and they patched it in less than 20 minutes. The men and women that work at Floyd’s are top-notch,!100% professional, and 100% awesome people. I trust their opinions and their products that they use. I would recommend them 100%!!!

Very considerate and genuine. I am impressed. They were more worried about my vehicle being safe for me to drive than I was. Nice to see there are still kind , respectably businesses out there.
