Our entire experience with Crestview Autobody was excellent. Julia at the front desk was organized, efficient and very helpful. She is a rockstar. When we were going to be a few minutes late she stayed to wait for us, even though it was a Friday evening. She went above and beyond. Jamin took care of our car and he did an amazing job. He is very detail-oriented and thorough. He wanted to make sure the car was perfect when we got it back, and it is. They worked hard around speed bumps that were outside their control, including part delays and parts broken during shipment. They kept us in the loop whenever there was a change. The whole process was seamless, making our overall experience 5 stars.

I tried to get a mirror replaced on my 2020 Sant Fe. I got the estimate and on May 2 , said I’d like to move forward with the repair which was going to be self pay. I waited several weeks for a call and was told there was a misunderstanding, the part was never ordered. Two weeks later , I call for an update. I am told the part is in and I will get a call as soon as it’s been painted and it’s only a 30 min install. 07/11 made 10 weeks I have been waiting. It is still not painted. I guess they might be ok for big money jobs but my $750 repair was not a priority to them.

I hit a deer, and found out i didnt have rental car coverage. I spoke with dave and asked that the work be done as fast as possible since i had to pay daily for a rental. chuck had it done in 5 days and it was amazing!! Loved the whole experience!! Dave was such a nice guy!!

Julie is phenomenal we had quite an adventure with my 24 trax but she was exceptionally phenomenal through it all!! Huge shout out to the whole team at Crestview auto body they did a fantastic job on getting my trax back to normal!! Recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

Just had my back bumper replaced on my Jeep from a very minor accident. They did an excellent job. Great customer service! Very friendly and kept me up to date on the process as my Jeep was being serviced.

The auto repair shop was professional and courteous. The repair was perfect. They kept me informed about every step in the process.
There is also an Enterprise rental on site to make life easier for the customer.
I would definitely recommend this business.
