Never answer the phone. They have all those drive thru lanes that are never used. And the one single drive up ATM is always down. Why not get another drive up ATM or Install a walk up. Can't get cash a good percentage of the time due to the ATM being down. Not good at answering questions in general and overall rude 90%... read full comment

ATM next to never works. Half the time it can't print receipts. And all of their drive thru lanes are never open.... so you're forced to go inside.

The only bank in town that does not have functional drive up service. You must risk going in if you need to do an in person transaction.
