This goes for all stores. I called the store to confirm they had a specific recliner and sofa. They only had the sofa. I called another local store and they had the chair. I was going to pickup with my truck, but then stressed one would sell before I could get there. Didn’t want to be searching for matching furniture. So I ordered both items online immediately after I got confirmation from both stores of availability. They didn’t hesitate to take out my 900 plus dollars, but I received 3 emails. One to confirm my order. Two was cancellation of the orders, chair and sofa, because of insufficient stock. Which I confirmed with the associate at each store previous to the order. Later in the day I decided to try again. Same thing, placed order, took another 900 dollars. Only to be cancelled again. I called customer service and complained. Only to have 3 different reps not seem to listen to me. Just acted dumb. And suggested I call the stores for availability. Which I explained that I did call the stores for confirmation of the items, and immediately placed the order. So I called and spoke to an associate at one store and they said that online could say they have 1, but it may be the floor model, which they don’t sell until they know no more will be coming to the store. Plus, online isn’t real time stock for stores. So, waiting for 1800 dollars plus to be refunded to my credit card in the next 10 days. Why have online shopping if you don’t get what you ordered. It’s like we order, not receive it, but we are loaning them money for 10 days. Over 1900 dollars and a headache from blood pressure later. I’ll just shop at a furniture store local. I would rate negative stars for the online and customer service. Stick with in store shopping.

Loaded my furniture wrong after i told them they were they said "well its how we load all of them". Well piece of the couch fell out of the truck. They also had as back down a loading dock made for semi trailers to load it around back in a dark alley and had us waiting while there were several suspicious characters hanging around the alley.

Felt like I was in a time machine with the music & old throwback stuff they had on the shelves. Alot of the items were on sale, it's a very comforting store.

The big lots in east liverpool ohio the store manager is rude and not helpful acts like its his money and furniture all. Over $17. On a floor model that was on clearance..After i spent $1200. At big lots (in Bridgeville pa they were great ) and was looking to buy more furniture dining room set and bedroom set in about a month Not at east liverpool.. my money spends anywhere but there in east liverpool.
