“Very pleased to write this 5-star review for Floyd's Body Shop. I went into the shop because I hit a deer on the highway with my F350. The repair looked simple at first but required a lot more parts and labor after they pulled the front end apart. Nevertheless, Lori was my personal champion dealing with the insurance company so I didn't have to. And Dan and Wayne did absolutely flawless work putting my baby back together. All of this in the midst of the holiday season. This family-owned/family-run shop is a treasure in this area, and should I ever need body work again I'll gladly return. “Absolutely love this little tack shop! It is only like 3 miles from Beaver Creek Horse Camp. They were above and beyond helpful when we had a problem with a saddle bag blowing out on the trail and we lost our extra chicago screws from the saddle bag blowing out. They are only technically open Fri-Sun, but they helped us on their day off <3 super friendly, affordable, awesome selection.”
“I was having an issue with my 2016 Chevy Malibu where it was going into limp mode because of an accelerator position sensor. Unfortunately when this happens it puts your car into a low power mode meaning that you really can’t drive it more than a couple of blocks. This has happened 3 times in as many months and to alleviate that problem I cleared the code with my OBD II scanner. After realizing that this was going to be a reoccurring problem I promptly made an appointment with Brittian Chevrolet in East Palestine I took it in there and because they were too lazy to do a little extra legwork for their customer they told me that I would have to drive the car around again until it kicked the check engine light meaning that I would be stranded wherever this happened. They then expected me to pay several hundred dollars to have the car towed from whatever location that would be back to their dealership to fix the problem. to me this seemed asinine. so I called GM directly and they told me to call another dealership so I called this one. Landon was amazing he told me to bring the car in let him know what the code was and that they would fix the problem. a recall it was a special service bulletin and will cover the cost of it they will only do so if the problem occurs instead of as a preventive measure. Which again to me is asinine. However that was not a problem the people at power were amazing they fixed the issue and while it only has been a couple of days the problem has not reoccurred. I will no longer take my vehicle but when I’m ready for a new car this is where I will go to get one. to go Brittain. Great job pushing a customer to another dealership. I’m certainly glad you did.”

She is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly staff I have come across in a long time. It is hard to find people in specialty stores who really know what they are talking about. I explained the project we wanted to accomplish and she made suggestions and double checked the ratios for the Raptor Liner we were using for us as well. I feel like her knowledge made me feel confident and ready for our project. We will be a repeat customer from here on out. Also, our tint was absolutely spot on. A++”

“Napa is just not your usual Box Store they carry Quality Parts sometimes prices are not as cheap as the box stores but the quality usually is better than average. The oil filters they sell are some of the best available they put their name on them but I believe they're made by wix I have been using Wix filters for 30 years in automotive and heavy machinery applications”

“Spirit Exhaust did a fantastic job on my 1972 Plymouth Duster 340! They were able to pair it with my TTI headers, add an H pipe and Super 44 mufflers and even were able to find factory tips to keep that traditional look but such an incredible sound! 100% recommend!! If you need exhaust work on your old muscle car, this is the place to take it!!”
