I had a couple of prescriptions at this pharmacy but I am a disabled senior and I no longer drive. Normally, when I contact a pharmacy the staffs attitude to do anything extra seems to indicate I'm bothering them or asking too much. To my surprise, the pharmacist at this store gladly assisted me in setting up delivery and my meds were delivered within hours to my front door. I truly appreciate pharmacy's who don't make you feel intrusive and are willing to assist with extra services with a friendly demeanor.

I know all of them there and my son works there as well and they all are so helpful and friendly. Not to brag but I've had people tell me how respectful and helpful my son is there.

Accidentally made an appointment here instead if the one on EuclidAve in Euclid. The Pharmacist who administered my covid and flu vaccines was very unhelpful when I asked if there were medications I should avoid after the vaccine. Specifically I asked if I could take ibuprofen for a headache and she just kept talking around the question saying don't take meds ahead of time if you don't have a headache. I restated my question and she said Tylenol is okay. I asked for clarification that Tylenol is okay but Advil isn't and she just said Tylenol is usually the first choice. She basically refused to answer my question so am I supposed to turn to Google instead of getting med conflict info from the medical provider who specializes in drugs?!? Just go somewhere else if you have the option.

This pharmacy steals medication. They fill your prescription, give you partial because they claim to not have enough to fill full prescription. Then when you go back for the rest of your medication, they say it says that they filled the full prescription. So, now you don't have all of your medication but they for sure billed the insurance. I will definitely be calling the insurance because this is the 3rd time.

I love the pharmacy very nice people very Speedy service other than that I don't buy anything else at the store the prices are ridiculous too high it's almost like they're doing it on purpose so nobody comes in but I don't blame them for that neighborhood I'm surprised they don't have security

This pharmacy has closed several hours before posted close time of 5 pm on more than one occaision leaving me without medication for several days. They are only open 4 days a week so to close without warning is a health hazard. Their phone automated system is garbled and puts you on hold forever only to learn nobody is even there. That is very poor customer service and is totally unacceptable. As of today I'm no longer using this pharmacy.

My wife and I got our COVID boosters at this location this morning. It’s a small pharmacy next door to what was a full sized Walgreens at one time, which is now vacant. The staff were courteous and professional. The young lady administering the vaccine was very friendly and made us feel at ease. We were very happy with our experience.

When I called for vaccine appointment the person that answered the phone was very courtesy and professional, she put my name on the waiting list and the only site that called me back. Very helpful.

The manager (woman) who is usually there is super friendly and helpful.
