“The worker I had was nice but AT&T is criminal. They took away my $22 reimbursement for my “free” iPhone after November without telling me and started charging me more. Then, they won’t let you out of the plan after they failed to live up to their end of the bargain. And the cheapest plan they can do for two lines is $60 a line.. really? ✌??✋ to ATT, I’m switching to spectrum.But the workers at this store are cool. He was nice even tho I was kinda upset.”

“These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”

“Great! Al was fast it only took 10 mins when other spots said 2h and he did it for 100$ less than everywhere else wanted. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. I went here because it was right by my work . The price on the wall said 220$ and i asked about it and noted that it was cheaper than everywhere else he could have got me but was a stand up guy and let me know that the price has actually went down since the sign was put up. All in all great service highly recommend. Hopefully I dont need another screen anytime soon but if me or anyone I know does then this is where ill go.”
