“Went to 5 below looking for beverage dispenser and I found exactly what I was looking for....just not enough of them! I purchased 5 dispensers; would have like to purchase 6, but I'll work it out for $5! Self checkout was easy. Didn’t like the shopping cart with the extra tall pole to prevent you from taking the cart out the store, but thats minor.”
“Had bought a box fan that wouldn't work out of the box. I lost the receipt and expected to be stuck with it. Luckily I used my Ollie's membership when I originally bought it. Easy peasy they looked up my receipt and did the exchange for a new fan. Great customer service!”

“I like Big Lots. They have a wide variety of items. A little mad cause they don't carry the coffee I use to buy, but the other brands are still a little cheaper then the grocery stores. They have a nice variety of furniture and have a company that delivers for them.”
“Always good deals, Ollies Army membership and other store perks have separate registration and barcode cards, can be quite confusing. Worth the effort though. Been shopping here for some time, best deals in town for K Cups hands down. Ultra friendly employees, organized, clean.”
“I haven't been at this location for a few years. I was so pleased with the overall appearance and product availability. The produce is the first thing you see on the way in. The selection was good and tidy. There was only one cashier though, I think there should be at least 2. I'll go again and hopefully it will be a good experience as well.”
“This is a very wonderful store, their meats are very affordable. The store on Turney is closing down in May. I will miss it and I will have to go to the other ones now. “I frequent this store. Every time I visit, the staff are pleasant. The line moves quickly. Most of the time, I am able to get everything I stopped in for. You can't beat the prices. Lately, some of the freezers have been broke down, so there are limited frozen products. I find they are typically organized, but during holiday season, it can be less so. I do not ever buy produce there. It never looks as good as the local market to me, so I just stick to the market.”

“Store is clean, shelves are stocked, employees are a bit stand offish and dry but maybe it's due to how ignorant and nasty some customers tend to be shopping there at times. The store is fine but some of the customers need to learn how to act like they were taught a little home training and manners. Maybe A Security Guard would help.”
“This store is always clean and well organized. Whomever the manager is of this store - I take my hat off to him/her. The have better customer service than most of the Sav-A-Lot stores that I've visited and this store is much cleaner and the lighting is perfect. They have a good selection of groceries too.”
“It would be GREAT if you would supply some of the mid sized shopping carts like the ones in the Coventry store. Persons in power chairs or wheel chairs can move these about the store with ease. Instead of having to put items in bags hanging from chair, which may cause some fears among loss prevention. Otherwise, I like shopping at all of the Marcs stores, closeout is always an adventure in discovery.”

“Had a great experience today with Marc's on Lakeshore in Euclid from a worker named Felix. I was searching for a frozen food item & was digging through the case looking for it when a thoughtful worker named Felix came over help. He was kind enough to get down and look through the case for me and got me the items that were buried in the back. Felix was so nice and considerate, definitely an asset to Marc's. Being I didn't even ask for help and he came to help me, I thought it only right I mention him. I wanted to thank him again and thank Marc's for having such a great employee.”

“I love going to the Save-A-Lot it's not crowded it's not that many people in the store when you go in there the workers all are very nice when you come in there so I definitely will be going to this save a lot more often because you don't want to go in the store that's so crowded they give you time to shop and get all the things you need without the store being so crowded”

Again I love this location. One Day I came and they were closed before closing time. I hold nothing over them for that!!! I know nothing of what could have happen in their life! So if you need to close earlier DO IT!”
