I am looking for higher quality sustainable fashion and Ladder is always exploring new brands.The team is always so patient and willing to get on FaceTime so I can see the clothing more “in person.” And they know me so well now the pieces suggested are always perfect. “Lots of fun things to choose and look at, from eclectic vinyl records, one off and unique clothing items. Incence,candles, and an adult section in the back that has an awesome selection of toys ,supplements, cbd candies and gummies. Just an overall good place to shop. Some prices are fairer than others but when you're the only store around selling some of the things he sells and they are usually always in stock, I suppose it might be worth the premium. Dean's also quite the conversationalist. Friendly and knowledgeable, non judgemental about questions you may have about his adult offerings. 4.5 stars!”
“Got some shoes for Christmas and couldn’t return them cause I was sick call them to exchange them for the same kind and was told I couldn’t exchange them for a bigger size so now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that I can’t fit their exchange policy sucks if it’s a gift we could be able to exchange them.Update: I got into contact with the owner and he was very helpful and let me exchange the shoes for a bigger size. The transaction went smoothly and I was in and out. The store was nice and clean smell good the sales associate was very helpful to will be going back to buy more shoes from them”

“Seemingly unexpecting from the outside but lemme tell you the selection inside is impressive!! I'm super picky about work clothes and being presentable out in the field and the selection of dickies they have is awesome. Been searching for months to find dickies that actually fit, even went as far as ordering the exact cross to the ones I have now according the dickies website and had them sent directly from dickies.....not even close to fitting. Came up here for a wedding and came across this place, thought we would stop by just to see what they had since for like the last 4 months it has been all strikeouts everywhere we have been and..... wow is all I can say about this place!! Got 6 pairs of pants that fit perfectly. Some are dickies and some are another brand I never heard of before called red kap. They look super close to what the dickies are and am excited to try them out along side the dickies. Some of them were also a little bit to long so they hemmed them for me right there on the spot. That was quite the extra bonus I didn't expect as well. Really just can't say enough good things about this place and my experience was more than pleasant and the 3 ladies in there were a real pleasure to work with too!! Thank you again.”
“I love this this small shop! They always have a fun selection of clothes including bell bottoms and overalls and other small trinkets and accessories. But the best part of all is their Birkenstock selection. If you are looking to buy unique Birkenstocks, they have basically every style and every color imaginable!”

“I was in the area for lunch and while walking past this store, we spotted this t-shirt in display by the window so I knew I had to get it. Went inside the store and unfortunately they only had a S and 3XL. The worker said this was a popular shirt (which I'm not surprised) and helped me check if the other locations had a M in stock. Since the other locations were pretty far away, she gave me a free shipping code to order the shirt online. Order placed Friday afternoon and I got my shirts on Wednesday. First time coming into this store and it was a great experience!”

“I love my Tom James suits, shirts, and sport coats! Not only do I get a LOT of compliments, but the fit is fantastic. Many off the rack suit companies sell fine clothing, but to have them look right they need to be tailored. That’s not an issue with Tom James! They come to you, measure to your fit and preference, and then bring your clothes to you!The pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality and service. Plus, there are various price ranges for different needs. And the variety of fabric choice is beyond compare.The TJ rep who comes to see me, Grace P., knows my taste and helps me pick what’s right for me. I’ve shopped lots of places and love a good suit. “I went to the Fly Fishing 101 with my son and two grandsons on Saturday April 13. Although it was windy the Orvis staff made the best of it. They were so patient with my grandsons. I really appreciated the time they spent. They really worked at breaking down the casting and line tying in a manner we could understand. Great group of people and would recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about fly fishing.”

“My husband and I visited the store on 07/12/2023 after having just visited another local hat store that has also been around for many many years. This store is a stark contrast from our experience at the other business! Immediately, we were impressed with this store's appearance and the friendly greeting we received from Maelynn (?spelling) and one of the store owners! Maelynn was very knowledgeable about the various hat styles and was able to show us selections after my husband explained what he was looking for! “Our favorite local Cleveland gear shop. Local owner, family run. Does screen printing with some fun and unique designs with a variety of clothing and styles. The tees are super soft, and the sweatshirts had a bunch of different styles and fits. We stopped at other shops and came back to this one. We also didn't have room in our bags, so they have free shipping over a very low threshold (I think $10). Highly recommend!”
