Porsche of Beachwood has treated me very kindly throughout the years. 15 years ago when I was a looky-loo, ten years ago on a random used car they had, five years ago on a used Cayenne, and now on maintaining my 911. Walt especially is kind and direct, working with me on what I want them to go after, or what projects I want to tackle. I live near Toledo, and happily drive by the other Northern Ohio Porsche dealership to go to Porsche Beachwood. “I have added a comment for this place before I've been going to for years I believe it's very important that you're very precautious on pulling in and out of the parking lot, I'm not complaining so don't take it there I'm communicating it's important for us humans to communicate we should do it more often..... , so I will mention this again if I'm coming from the North Cleveland area I will pull into the second driveway which is on the left because there's a turning lane that almost intervenes and it's just safer trust me please!,., if I'm coming from the south which is North Royalton ish area you can say I pull in the first driveway which would be on your right and everyone should be careful and extra precautions that means look and good enough time to eliminate the probability of any kind of accident and look left to the sidewalk and write on the sidewalk to see if anyone's coming with could be within 30 ft riding a bike the timeline might just not line up good trust me the word possibility exists and we should all take it an account so much more than we do you could almost predict the future if you if you look into that trust me on that one as well let me be more you can almost predict and can predict at certain times and situations the future on many things specially when it comes to driving a vehicle on the road side street alleyway freeway trust me I know this,!!!❤️ ❤️???✝️♊??️”

Let's put it this way; I've been coming to this place for twenty plus years and even though I no longer live in the same area, I drive twenty miles out of my way to patronize them. To say that the customer service is off the charts good would be an understatement. I only buy routine stuff like wipers and wax as I'm NO do it yourself type, but I actually enjoy coming in just to converse with the people working there. They're that good.”

“Broke down one night and almost did not make it to the AutoZone on my rout. Yet with gods protection and me and my ladies prayers we arrived at autozone 15 minutes to closing time, and it was all about a alternator that we broke down for. We pulled in and they sold me the right part and also offers me a machanics cart full of tools. To fix my issue on the spot. After I installed the alternator i went over the 15 minutes till closing and yet they did not seem upset but instead incuragable and helpful.. I was able to complete the install and ran over only 5 minutes from the Punching out time . I was so impressed with the attitudes and so grateful for there help, my goodness I was and I am still thinking about that today. And will say that I love AutoZone for what they did for my lady and I we were so far from home in Hudson Ohio heading for Fairport harbor lake county. And they saved our night for sure . They even told me I should work for nascar as I was able to install that alternator in about 20 minutes in a grand marquis 2001. I am very happy with that site in Hudson Ohio. Thank you all so much”

After receiving a "terminally ill" report on its problems, my husband and I decided to scrap the car and purchase a new used car from Ganley Bedford. “I am a student at the nearby Case Western Reserve University. My car battery recently died and I was unable to jump start it after many attempts, so I had to bike my old battery over and exchange it for a new one. I called ahead and told the technician Lavon about the trouble I was having with my car and the make and model of my car so I could get the right battery when I got there. Once I arrived, I was warmly greeted and I was helped out right away with the battery I needed. When Levon realized that I had biked all the way over to exchange the battery, he offered to drive me back as it was a very heavy battery, and it was cold and late at night. I graciously accepted and will be forever grateful for his act of kindness. I would highly recommend going here for any auto part needs; their professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness is unrivaled.”
