“Called Rocky's to move a container I bought at an auction. Whoever answered the phone at the parts department was awesome. So friendly and helpful. Got a return call shortly after. Said they would call in morning to schedule. Got the call for scheduling the next day, shortly after called back and said they could do it THAT day in an hour. Top notch service AND communication. “Holy moly! 10 Stars if I could! Our car was undrivable and in a tight spot. Rich, the owner, came out with his tow truck but he had to get it on at an angle, but was able to straighten the car out and get it on his flatbed. He drove to our house and delivered it into our garage perfectly straight. Absolutely amazing!! This man has mad driving, towing, and straightening skills!!! “I don't know what the girl in the previous review was complaining about with being ripped off. Maybe a indifferent circumstance. For me the experience was good. I've been around cars my whole life, 39 years. Use to work in shops for over a decade before career change. I was able to pull off 2 door panels, 2 window motors, 1 window regular, 1 door lock actuator, and a glove box for $250. 2 of those parts new cost that easy. Any junk yard would charge close to what I paid here as well. I asked about battery pricing. The used battiers here are $25 each. I've seen junk yards ar $35 -50 each battery.
The owner is helpful and keeps to his word. I said I would come back on certian days for more parts. He kept the car available for me. And he went out of his way to let me plug into his extension cord by moving the vehicle. He shows to be a very patient person.”
