Communication was great, they were easy to deal with and chat with. They took care of my sons (whose in college) truck and being far away from him their help and ease in dealing with it all helps a mommas anxiety.

Jeremiah at Fender Benders came out to tow our Tesla to a Supercharger, when other local towing companies refused to help us. Very knowledgeable about the car, friendly and so helpful. Highest recommendation!

Car towed to random person's house...Do NOT EVER have your car towed with this company. I have already reached out to my auto insurance company to let them know. My daughter's car broke down on the road while out of town. My insurance company sent these inconsiderate people to tow her car. Fender Benders did the same thing to her car that they did to another reviewers car ("Abby H") . They didn't tow it to an Auto Repair Shop, they literally left it in some random person's driveway. I was on the phone for hours trying to locate her vehicle. Once located, I had to request another tow to get it out of the random person's driveway and towed to an ACTUAL Auto Repair Shop. This company does not care about you or your car. Disgraceful people who don't care about their work product.

We got assigned finder benders from our insurance company today. We sat and waited on the side of the road for over two and a half hours for them not to even come. They called and said they were on their way, an hour later we called and they said we had to call our insurance because the guy who was assigned doesn’t know how to tow a motorcycle. The guy had our number and did not call and inform us for over an hour. It was stated it was a motor cycle when we called and when they picked up the claim from insurance. We tried to call the company and the boss is in Florida and will not answer phone calls. I will never use or recommend fender benders. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Towed my car through Geico roadside assist to the repair shop of my choosing. Elijah responded to call and provided amazing service. He took great care of my vehicle and provided a great customer friendly experience throughout. Very positive and easy going person to interact with. Highly recommend!

What a terrible company as I waited behind one of their drivers today as he blocked the entire road to drop off a truck. I realized what a bunch of unprofessional pieces of crap these people are. The driver told me he had all day and would not move to allow the flow of traffic even though he had plenty of room to pull in the persons yard and allow traffic to flow. If you need a tow use some one else. If they don't care about laws they wont care about your vehicle either.

This company is amazing, I had Logan Madison as my driver about 2 months ago when my car become disabled in the Walmart parking lot. Logan came and took his time making sure not to damage my vehicle. He did a very good job with unlocking my car, he even did this while it was super cold and snowing really hard. He was kind and very friendly. He also gave me a card in case I ever need a towing service or repair work done on my car. I am definitely recommending this company to everyone. I am also referring them to request Logan as their driver as he has a heart of gold and takes pride in his work. This company is lucky to have a guy like him working for them. My truck broke down and these wonderful people came to my rescue. First they found a truck big enough for my passengers and myself. Logan shows up and gets us loaded quickly and drove to the hotel in Indiana while towing our trailer. Great people and I’d pick them anytime if I need them. Thank y’all so much!!! (Logan is awesome especially since he just got off work just to do this stay safe FF and towing)

Fender benders is an amazing company that takes pride in their work. From towing to repairing vehicles in many different ways, I am currently having an engine swap done in my 2007 Ford Explorer and I am very pleased with how the process is going. Easy to communicate with and ver careful about how it’s done making sure that it’s done correctly. I recommend Fender Benders to everyone I come in contact with that are having trouble with or needing auto work/ Towing services. Logan Madison provided wonderful customer service. My wife’s car broke down, and he drove from over 40 minutes away at 8:00 PM to get her vehicle home safely. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I will use their service again.

I had Logan as my driver, he was amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. He was very efficient and careful. I had no worries about my car being messed with or poorly transported.
