I am just a beginner at cross fit and this is the perfect place. The gym has a family atmosphere and is very welcoming. It's very large and there is plenty of top of the line equipment for everyone. The trainers work well with all skill levels and put together challenging workouts. I highly recommend it!

First and ONLY gym that I have ever been a part of, where I actually enjoy going. Love the people, atmosphere, coaches and owners. There's a variety of classes, each to your preference. All around, good place to workout, and you don't feel judged.
