Good process and help from the employee but didn't know what the slop bag or whatever it's called and after he left, I found out. He left a large canvas type bag full of concrete on the ground. We still haven't done anything with it. Didn't know that's what he was going to do.

My dad has worked there for many many years. I've never heard him say one thing negative about the leadership at Keim. Obviously they have always treated him well by him staying around so long,and when he had a motorcycle accident 3 yrs ago and was down and out they were always in touch with the family checking in. They could've just replaced him and moved on but instead they treated him like their family, and that's not very common these days. To me that screams a great company, not only for the employees but for the customers as well. Keep up the good work Keim and be sure to work the old man a little harder for me ?
