Today was my second time ever walking into this bank, and the teller remembered me from months ago when I first visited. Love the small town small branch and today service was friendly and professional.

Duncan falls is possibly the worst bank I have ever been to ! They have no customer service skills and the manager is absolutely a horrible malicious person , instead of helping you resolve your issues just screams at you like a savage ! I have never been treated like that ! Corporations treat you with more respect !
