Amber Gusler is a fantastic addition that was missing in the customer service area. Came in for my wife's ring inspections and unbeknownst to me, my wife left a broken necklace in the bottom of the ring box. Amber repaired and cleaned it and smiled the entire time. Don't let her go or I'll get my boss to hire her.
