My spouse and I have used Woodforest National Bank for years. The service by staff hasn’t been bad. The issues we have are with the actual functionality of the account. Mobile pay from our phones rarely works, the mobile deposit option from their own app doesn’t even work. I drove to the closest branch and they can’t even take a deposit due to not having enough staff. It’s a scam of a bank.

This bank is used by phishing experts to commit fraud. The bank refuses to allow you to file a report. The bank needs to be investigated.

These women all have wonderful personalities!!! Love coming here! Customer service is superb and they make you feel like family here. They all are extremely knowledgeable and whenever an issue arises they help resolve quickly!

The entire team working at the Britton Parkway branch is EXCEPTIONAL! They are all very friendly, as well as efficient and correct. Doing my banking there does not feel like a chore. They all know my name and say hello even when I'm not stopping into the branch to do any banking. I also appreciate getting my direct deposit a day early.I have been at various local banks for over 30 years, and this is by far the best. Furthermore, Woodforest has other locations that are convenient, if you are up North or closer to the city. I opened my account years ago with Matt D., who is now at the Morse Road location. He and his team there are outstanding as well!

Love this Bank, they are the best. The ladies are personable, remember customer names, and are always helpful, even in stressful situations. Hope to never leave this great bank.
