SABER IN ELECTRONICS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I recently went to this Sawmill Walmart to buy an 85" Samsung TV. I paid hundreds of dollars for it and he didn't even say hi, look at me, or even say thank you! He kept talking with an attitude as if he owned me and the place, he handed me the receipt without saying a single word and walked away!
It gets worse, I had a broken hand and he clearly saw the cast on my hand. I asked him if he could help load this giant TV into my van, he said we don't help customers load things in their cars, and again, he clearly saw my broken hand!!! Is there no common courtesy at this store??
I have been shopping exclusively at Walmart for the past 8 years, but Saber made me reconsider ever stepping foot in that specific store again. I've heard horror stories from other customers about how rude this associate is, but I never imagined it to be this bad. I don't know how managers allow this type of horrible customer service...

The pharmacy is wonderful. They remember my name and always listen to my problems. Lines aren't the greatest but better then most places. Some employees aren't helpful which is sometimes not knowledgeable but I understand it's hard to find employees. I wish they'd reopen the dressing rooms.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Had to ask a total of 4 (FOUR!) employees for help opening a locked case (whoever heard of Legos being locked up?!) Not one could help us. We left without spending a penny. Would rather shop at Target where they actually help you.

What they have done with the self checkout system makes this the slowest Walmart to leave in Columbus. Plan to have a extra 25-35 mins to go through any checkout

I like this Walmart. The only negative thing is the self-checkout because the person did not speak English well. I tried to ask him about the bag policy, regarding "bringing your own bags". See at Kroger, you have to push a button that states that you are using your own bags.
The store was well stocked.
There were no employees in any of the departments I visited except for the deli. I needed assistance in the clothing department, the personal care department and the garden center, & no employees were found to assist me.
They were employees near the cashiers who were disengaged.
Phones should not be allowed in the workplace unless it is an extreme emergency. If you are going to be on your phone while on the floor, you need to step away from customers.

This walmart sucks, you will always have to wait at least 5 mins to checkout, there’s COUNTLESS employees standing all around but none of them do anything to help, instead of paying people to stand around, why don’t you open a couple registers?

Night shift employee cut me in line after I waited for a register machine to open up. When I told him I was waiting in line and that he cut me, he looked me dead in the eyes and said something along the lines of "You should have gotten here faster". After I called him an "A" hole, he responded by saying, "Is that a threat". Walked past shoulder bumped me, and called the police and said I threated him. I've seen videos on line of people like this, but this was my first time experiencing someone so rude, disrespectful, and sinister enough to lie with a straight face.
