Terrible experience. I got to the Walgreens pharmacy two minutes before closing to pick up my medicine, I was in huge pain. They told me it wasn't ready and to come back tomorrow. All the staff were just standing around, clearly ready to leave and didn't care to help me at all. I won't be going back.

Every prescription I have filled there, since moving to area, takes multiple days. I have used 3 other Walgreens locations and some places in bad areas, that all do better job of getting orders filled promptly.
Go there today after surgery to get important meds, after the doctor called in the meds 2 hours before I was even discharged, and they were still marked in progress. Leaving hospital and saw this via app, so called them asking for a status and telling them I needed meds as I just had surgery. They said the 3 meds should be ready in 30 mins, so I left hospital and stopped at pharmacy on my way home. There app when I got there, 35mins later, showed only a SINGLE ready. so I went to drive through to get them to see I was there and asked how long and they told me another 15-20mins. Waited in parking lot and 25 mins later they got just ONE more med ready. It was the most important one (and they was about to go to lunch), so went to drive through and picked up 2 of the 3 meds. Just checked app for status of last Med and it still shows “in progress”, 7 hours later (with message when you click on the med that it will now be ready the next day at 1100); this message and time all after being told all my meds would take 30 more minutes and then another 15 when getting there.
So just be warned if it’s an important med you need filled, you may want to to try somewhere else instead…

I absolutely hate the techs and pharmacist at this Walgreens store!! DON'T I REPEAT DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU REALLY NEED TO!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO PICK UP MY MEDS THEY CAN'T GET IT RIGHT!!! THEY DO NOT HAVE A PROFESSIONAL PERSON THERE. IF THEY DID THEY WOULD HAVE MY MEDS RIGHT. I MEAN I'VE GONE THERE FOR 9 YRS AND THEY SCREW IT UP EVERYTIME. I guess this time I just had it. Usually my husband gets it for me. So for this store to not know what their doing only shows the management and chain of command incompetent !!!! Yes incompetent!!! They tell me they can't give me meds because it's to early to fill but still gives them to me. They tell me they have to fill another prescription that was called in the day before, and call me to pick it up but when I do it's not ready. I'm going to lose it one day and tell them to get their $h!+ together!!!!! Sickening how that place is running.

The bathroom is disgusting. Rotted and corroded faucets, dirty and trash overflow. Pathetic for a Walgreens!!

Mixed up my infant daughter's RX with another childs, causing us an extra trip to the pharmacy with a sick baby and a toddler. I understand things happen, however the staff reaction when I called was really poor. An apology would have been nice or at least an acknowledgment that this created an inconvenience for a family with a sick baby. Walgreens, staff your pharmacy appropriately!

If I can give this store zero stars, I would Daniel shift lead that works there needs to know the Walgreeens store policy. When you get a register reward talking about I can’t use the register reward in the store. If I got it from Walgreens, I should be able to use it never try to scan. It said it wasn’t real he never seen a register reward like that. I told him proctor and gamble has a promotion right now on their products I have never been accused of having a fake register reward I said, let me buy the stuff and I’ll show you how to print out Walgreens you need to teach your staff about registerRewards

Unreliable, unfriendly pharmacists who are either unable or unwilling to give support nor answer questions.Too many instances where medications were not in stock and was misled when they would be available.

****THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE ONLINE PURCHASES*****Bought few things online + store picked up last week, then i had to return some today (after 6pm) and unfortunately i lost the receipt ?♂️ . So i talked with the employees and both of them can’t figure out how to proceed with my request…which is kinda weird but understandable.Then the manager were able to helped me, however, she said the “e-commerce system offline” during my returning time. So guess what….they can’t refund my purchase directly, i got a store credit instead! ?Bruh…..Come on bruh, never heard this reason before!!. Every store should be able to bought merchandise online and return in-store anytime, regardless have the receipt or not. Some stores even able to retrieve my online purchases from phone number (without receipt), then return it without any issue!Walgreens, get your technology upgraded please. ⬆️

Worst pharmacy ever the wait is ridiculous. I had to wait 2days just to get my prescription. I transferred somewhere else.
