If I can give this store zero stars, I would Daniel shift lead that works there needs to know the Walgreeens store policy. When you get a register reward talking about I can’t use the register reward in the store. If I got it from Walgreens, I should be able to use it never try to scan. It said it wasn’t real he never seen a register reward like that. I told him proctor and gamble has a promotion right now on their products I have never been accused of having a fake register reward I said, let me buy the stuff and I’ll show you how to print out Walgreens you need to teach your staff about registerRewards

Unreliable, unfriendly pharmacists who are either unable or unwilling to give support nor answer questions.Too many instances where medications were not in stock and was misled when they would be available.

****THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE ONLINE PURCHASES*****Bought few things online + store picked up last week, then i had to return some today (after 6pm) and unfortunately i lost the receipt ?♂️ . So i talked with the employees and both of them can’t figure out how to proceed with my request…which is kinda weird but understandable.Then the manager were able to helped me, however, she said the “e-commerce system offline” during my returning time. So guess what….they can’t refund my purchase directly, i got a store credit instead! ?Bruh…..Come on bruh, never heard this reason before!!. Every store should be able to bought merchandise online and return in-store anytime, regardless have the receipt or not. Some stores even able to retrieve my online purchases from phone number (without receipt), then return it without any issue!Walgreens, get your technology upgraded please. ⬆️

**Update** 07.08.21** filed a complaint with corporate. No one has called me back to date (it’s been two weeks). I’ve now lost 2 months of progress and hard work due to them not handling my prescription and communicating to me a refill deadline after multiple times speaking with them to get my prescription insurance approved, filled and ready for pick up. My last month on this prescription, where I would start to see the best results and it’s all down the drain. I paid good money for this program with my doctor to have it all ruined by the staff at this pharmacy!!!!! I also have an additional face cream that’s been sitting there for almost two months now. They told me insurance needed a note from the doctor as to the reason I needed the cream… and they left it at that. No follow up unless I’m the one doing it and pushing the issue. Horrible customer service, lack of knowledge/initiative/communication between all parties. I will never fill my scripts with the Walgreens chain ever again***I’ve used this pharmacy often since it’s closest to my house and typically haven’t had any issues that were major. The past two refills have been a PAIN. I received multiple text there were “insurance issues”. After calling the pharmacy to ask what was holding it up, they told me they just needed to click something to push it through the system.My biggest issue is with my last drop off. Same messages about “insurance issues” - called, same “I just need to click this in the system to push it through” they asked when I could pick it up, I was leaving out for vacation (which I mentioned) and said I would pick it up when I got back since it wasn’t ready. No concerns were stated, no critical timeline was brought to my attention. I even said, I’m not in a rush, I’ll pick it up when I get back… still no deadline to refill/pick up was ever mentioned!!Returned from vacation a week and half later. I’m now being told it can’t be filled for another 6 months because it’s past the refill deadline of 7 days!!!!There pharmacist on duty 6.16.21 told me she could call my doctor to get verbal approval to refill it. I asked if she would call that day, she said she would call shortly and asked I call my doctor to let her know they would call. I did just that.This morning (1 day later) I called my doctor, she still hasn’t received a call. I called the pharmacy and had to explain the ENTIRE situation over again after being told they can’t fill it.The pharmacist on duty today said she can’t even speak to my doctor to push it through, she isn’t signing off on this. I questioned why I was told that was an option the day before and why I wasn’t made aware of this refill rule when I tried to fill it and pick it up a week and half ago before I went on vacation.They finally contacted my doctor. My doctor told them she had no issues with the refill. She was even willing to send a letter in for them to keep on file. The pharmacist told me my doctor agreed with her. My doctor told me that isn’t the case at all!! She said it was the most awkward/bizarre call she’s has with a pharmacist and the lady was twisting her words.Serious lack of communication and service to the customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere if they can’t refill this prescription I need!!!

Waited 25 minutes for the reserved appointment. No privacy. Not a professional room. The pharmacy only had a screen outside the pharmacy walk up. Personal, friendly nurse. I would not recommend Walgreens.

It's was very busy, but all attentive and worked hard and fast to get me my medication. All while being very nice and helpful. I very much appreciate all their help! 10/10 recommended coming to this Walgreens to get great service. (Pharmacy)

I just moved to Columbus literally yesterday, and I left an important prescription at home hours away. I called my doctor’s emergency line and she got back to me that she had called it in and that it had been filled 10 minutes before the pharmacy was to close.The incredibly kind pharmacy at this Walgreens — I wish I’d gotten the particular woman’s name who helped me so much, but I was so frazzled I forgot — stayed open an extra couple of minutes to get me my prescription. THANK YOU, Walgreens pharmacy staff. THANK YOU. I needed this prescription and you were so kind. I appreciate it more than you know.

After multiple visits over the past 5 years, finally I decided to sit down and write a few words about this awful pharmacy. Much higher prices than other, nearby pharmacies. Also, pharmacy staff are like robots. No facial expressions what so ever, inconsiderate, and would only offer other options if YOU ask for them. It's like they're being forced to work there.

The Walgreens website shows thermometers are in stock, I drive 20 minutes and the shelf is empty. I show my phone to a manager and he says he entered zero in stock but their site is not updating. It's 2020 Walgreen!!

Once again, just remembered yesterday that this weekend is Father's Day. I don't frequent Walgreens. I mainly come here for one of several things: 1. Photos 2. Medicine 3. 50% off Easter candy (I'm Greek and our Easter normally falls on a different day than the Catholic Easter) I can't give an all encompassing review regarding this trip to Walgreens, because I just got photos, but will share my photo experience. I ordered my pictures around 7 AM online and requested to pick them up at this location. It stated on my email that the photos would be ready by 10 AM. On top of that I was being the best Coupon Carla I could be and had a 50% coupon applied to my order. SCORE! By 9 AM I received an email stating they were ready for pickup. Way quicker than I anticipated. I walked into the store and a young guy working at the register cheerfully said "Hi, welcome to Walgreens". I walked over to the photo counter, pressed the help button and a minute later a girl came out of the double doors, asked for my last name and pulled my order. I paid with a card and was on my way. Pros: -Can order pictures online -Can pickup said pictures in the store -Ability to apply a coupon to your photo order -Quick and easy -Customer Service was friendly and efficient Cons: -Me waiting until the week of Father's Day to put together a gift. Shhhhh, don't tell my husband or dad. Tips: Search for a coupon online for a Walgreens photo order. It'll save you some dough.
