In an extremely stressful week I walked in to see if they could do anything to help me lower my bill. The service was fantastic and easy. One of the quickest in and outs I've ever had at a Verizon, and not because I left in frustration. This is the only location I will go to from now on.

Incredibly helpful, and very professional. Atlantis (Store Manager) had us all set up, diagnosed several issues during phone transfers, and had plans to mitigate. Make this your Verizon store. You won’t regret it.

Don't know where these people all went but I got charged an exorbitant amount here with no explanation as to why. I was in a hurry and when told the total of $262.70 for the extras, nothing to do with my upgrade - I paid it. But I was sure to get a receipt so I could review it later and this seemed VERY high... I was charge $40 for a cheap case (the most basic one they had, it's one of the $8 ones from Amazon), $50 for her to install a glass screen protector (had no idea this was extra, she just started installing it as if included), $35 for a "Ready?Go! Package", and $35 for a simple charging block (not an apple one either... it's their own brand... "Cellhelmet". Just awful ripoff, I feel severely ripped off and plan to visit the store to discuss this insanity.

Sales associate is awesome! Fixed issues with old carrier and got everything transferred in less than an hour. Highly recommend! Will definitely go back with any future needs.

Atlantis Moyer is the manager and she took outstanding care of us. She took time to explain choices and costs. We were happy with our choices and to our surprise she helped us transfer the data to the new phones. The personal touch from Atlantis and Mike—he helped with some last steps—was unexpected and very helpful. We will keep coming to this store.

I had a very pleasant experience there working with Atlantis. She was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. I would have bought more products if I was not in hurry. Because of her services I will visit this store again.

Gentleman that waited on me was very polite and as helpful as could be. However my contact with Verizon after that with their customer service was horrendous.
