An Amazon package was scheduled to be delivered to me today 08/21/2025 and I checked the mailbox but wasn't there. The status got changed to delivered at 1:04 PM but nothing in the mailbox. Called the Amazon customer support and they said it's marked as delivered and then transferred me to the USPS and the line disconnects. I called Amazon again and was transferred to the USPS which disconnects again. At this point I knew this isn't an accident and I'm being hanged up on. Called again third time and told the Amazon representative about the line disconnects and asked her to remain on the line till USPS representative is speaking for sure. This time I'm speaking with Danielle and when I told her about the package missing when it's marked as delivered she basically couldn't help and said a supervisor will call in 3 business days to help me. This was a birthday gift for a family member and now I ended up missing the party and feeling very embarrassed. I'm just outraged by this. I literally went out as soon as the mailman drove away and wasn't there. What an awful experience and I will let everyone know about it. Marking a package as arrived by USPS mailman and when going to grab it there's nothing there. I've never seen or heard anything like this before.

Beautiful, clean spacious post office in Dublin the service was very quick. The staff was super efficient. I love the late open hours. There were so many lockboxes to rent and the parking was plentiful. I will definitely be back. It’s definitely one of my favorite USPS locations.

Horrible. I sent 2 small packages each had a different scan . Somehow they only scan one. One packet was received. The other never showed as scanned. Not received. Post office Never answer their telephone. Unable to use website since I don't have a tracking number due to their error. Unacceptable.

I went here for the first a week or so ago to drop some prepaid packages off after my 12hr overnight er shift. There was this clear glass door that separates the mail boxes from the counter which was closed. It was passed 8am when it should have been opened and I looked through and there were about 6 employees just standing behind the counter. So I opened the door as it was not locked nor was there a sign of any sort. I was then rudely told to turn around as that if the door was closed it was closed for a reason. So I turned around and went to another post office to send my packages. If they were small enough I would have just used the self service thing but they would not fit through the hatch. Unless I absolutely have to use them I will drive out of my way to use another post office. Not a great first impression. If they didn't want anyone in there why wasn't there a sign or the door locked?

Fantastic customer service. Sent a passport renewal. Gentlemen at the desk opened the envelope, verified everything was accurate, made sure it was organized and then stapled everything to help expedite and then ensured I had the appropriate mailing option. Professial, friendly and efficient

Exceptional passport service. I forgot to bring my old passport and the clerk was very patient, and he helped me fill out a lost passport form to submit instead of sending me back home. In and out in less than 15 minutes.

I have always had nothing but the best service at this post office! Once l dropped off a package and I had inadvertently put an old address on it for one of my children. One of the postal workers actually went in the back and spent almost an hour looking for that package for me. He found it. Enough said..

This office has lost multiple letters and packages of mine. While the staff is friendly, I have lost all trust in this location. I still have packages missing that are unable to be located.
