The customer service here was horrible. The lady may had major attitude. She kept repremanding my kid for looking at things. Cannot believe this was part of a UPS experience

Do not rely on the timings posted on the website. The website says notary service available till 7 pm. Went at 6:20 pm and the notary also the owner had left for the day. Staff said, the notary service is by appointment only.

I have been a repeat customer at this store for many years, as has my wife, and we have known the owner and several of the employees for years. We’ve always been treated with respect, courtesy, professionalism and as friends. This store and its owner and employees are great!

mac and his associates were excellent , they provided top notch customer service . i had missed a document while mailing and a mail need to be intercepted before delivery , Mac and team called the ups customer center and stayed on the call for 20 mins and assisted me to intercept the package and bring it back . i have rarely seen this kind of commitment in stores ?

Had to send our granddaughter a birthday card quickly, and Al helped me. I was impressed of his customer service. He answered all my questions, & made me feel at ease knowing my granddaughter will get her card by her birthday! Thank you!
